Lube skid with fabricated steel skid with spill containment for transferring hydraulic and lubricating oils with viscosities up to 1,000 centistokes (5,000 SSU) from drums and through a 25 ft. hose reel with a non-metered dispense valve. The system includes 2 inline spin-on canister filters with condition indicators and automatic bypass. Various micron ratings available. There are manual valves to bypass the filters when the system is used to evacuate equipment.

• Fabricated steel skid with spill containment and frame to mount pump, filters and hose reel. Yellow powder coat finish.
• Tie downs and locators for 205 liter drum.
• 115VAC gear pump with on/off switch and 3 ft. power extension cord
• Two spin-on filters supplied by Lubrigard.
• Filters installed in line.
• Spring rewind hose reel with 3/4" ID x 25 ft. dispense hose and non-metered trigger type dispense valve with rigid extension and non-drip nozzle.
• 1" x 5 ft. suction hose with 1" Hydraulic quick coupler socket
• 1" x 36" suction pipe with 1" Hydraulic quick coupler nipple
